ConnectPOS: 2021 Ultimate Retail Guide for Fashion & Footwear

New Industry Report Highlights the Newest Practices From Retailers Changing The Game

Market Outlook

The future is defined to be polarising for Fashion & Footwear retailers. Global powerhouses Amazon, eBay, AliExpress are strengthening their neighborhood presence, overseas players continue to enter the marketplace, and marketplace sites like ASOS, The Iconic, The Outnet and MyDeal are intensifying efforts to raise their stake in the fast-fashion and offer-driven markets.

Additionally, differentiators like same-day shipping, free delivery and personalised communications are rapidly becoming the standard for customers.

Whilst these are certainly challenging times, there are loads of high-impact practices available to Australian & New Zealand multi-store retailers to achieve a sustainable advantage and bet their rightful place in the ecosystem.
